Application:
Concrete Resistivity apparatus is also called potential detector (corrosion analyzer).The corrosion of reinforcement in concrete is an electrochemical process. It generates electricity to cause metal dissociated. If the resistance rate is lower, the corrosion current through the concrete will be easier; the corrosion possibility will be greater. Soto test the resistivity of the concrete can effectively evaluate its corrosion resistance and evaluate the existing corrosion degree.
Detection principle: Adopt the Wenner four sensor array (50mm space) to test concrete resistivity: Unit kΩ•cm. According to the different range of test results, it evaluates the rebar corrosion resistance.

1. Sensor with internal spring. As Sponge plug type sensor, results collects will be influenced by wet sponge. 5000 type with spring sensor is easy operation and data is much more precision. And spring sensor also can connect with surface that is not so smooth.
