Digital or inkjet Light proof PVC printing sheet, was always used for small batch card making, and the PVC sheets are thin, e.g., 0.15-0.17mm, which need high lightproof performance.
Without high shading performance, the printed content is easily displayed on the back of the PVC sheet, and this affects the appearance of the card seriously. Wallis’ high lightproof printing sheet can make your final card more stable and colorful.
Using method
1. Inkjet or Digital Printing text and image on high lightproof PVC sheet.
2. Laminate the printing sheet with other layer, such as PVC core, Overlay.
3. Die cut it to standard size, CR80, CR90 or customized.
